Description

The Property Litigation Solicitor will work closely with the Partners in the team and you can expect to get involved in a varied caseload. This will include lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidation claims, mortgage repossessions and break notices. There is also scope to advise residential development clients with land purchase and vacancy strategies.

You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor who has ties to Leeds and who is confident to deal with some of their own caseload. It is likely this role will suit a junior to mid level lawyer
